Maximize your time at the European SAFe® Summit with a post-conference workshop
As organizations build and deploy ever-larger applications—in increasingly complex, connected, and unpredictable environments—systems and software engineers, architects, designers, developers, testers, and others face even more significant challenges. These solutions often require multi-year roadmaps, coordinate multiple ARTs and suppliers, meet regulatory compliance, and address hardware and other long lead-time items. SAFe’s Enterprise Solution Delivery competency defines nine practices that provide guidance applying SAFe and Lean-Agile principles when building these systems. This workshop presents the latest thinking on those evolving practices for scaling SAFe to some of the worlds largest systems.
✓ Prerequisites: Prior knowledge of SAFe and experiences with large solution challenges
✓ Intended Audience: Anyone contributing to the development of large IT and cyber-physical systems

SAFe implementations depend on lean-thinking manager-teachers who drive Lean and Agile mindsets and SAFe principles. They have the knowledge of SAFe and the best practices of organizational change needed to lead the transformation to a new way of working for the enterprise. Lean-Agile leaders also recognize the science that connects specific leader competencies to employee engagement and ownership of change.
