We live in an age of digital disruption where the success of every enterprise depends on its ability to create new digital applications, products, and services. We will also go through an exercise of how to assess an enterprise’s knowledge and implementation of the five core competencies. Understanding the core competencies will help our partners better advise their clients on Lean-Agile transformations.
