Lead Retrieval

  • One lead retrieval device and license is included with your booth package. If you would like to order additional licenses and devices please refer to the order form which will be available in January 2019.

Power

  • If you are a U.S.-based company, you will need to bring a power converter for your booth. Amsterdam and the Netherlands have the 220-240 Volt / 50Mhz system—the same as elsewhere in Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa. However, visitors from (among others) the UK, Ireland, Australia, Switzerland, and others need to bring a plug adaptor. C, E, and F type plugs generally fit on Dutch electricity sockets.
  • If you require additional power, please order from Fairboost. A link to the Fairboost portal is coming soon.

Booth Graphics

  • Each exhibitor is responsible for uploading  their own booth graphics to the Fairboost portal.  A link to the Fairboost webshop  will be available in mid February 2019.

Exhibitor Booth Location

  • All exhibitor booths will be located in Lobby One and Lobby Two of the World Forum.  Allocation will be based on the date your exhibitor agreement was confirmed.

Audio and Visual Orders

  • Audio and Visual equipment can be ordered directly through Fairboost. A link to the Fairboost webshop  will be available in mid February 2019.

Shipping Information

  • Due to the restricted loading areas and storage facilities at World Forum, shipments must be sent via the Valverde warehouse in advance.
  • Advance Warehouse Shipments (road freight, airfreight, and sea freight) consigned to:

  • Shipping deadline:
    • All materials must be received at the Valverde warehouse 5 working days prior to the start of the conference.
